With 10+ years of Product Design experience, I'm currently growing the design team and building products at Prosper.

I lead design teams and collaborate closely with product and tech leadership. In borrowing from Kim Scott's approach to management, and Marty Cagan's approach to product, I make sure my team feels empowered, supported and inspired to do their best work building the right thing. As a former engineer, I have a problem-solving background and use those skills to help designers on my team interpret complex qualitative and quantitative data in a way that applies leverage to their talents. I partnered with one of the designers on my team to uncover user's pain points and turn a complicated data model into an intuitive and less error-prone UI.
